Yuyao bayberry, a specialty of Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, is a product of China’s National Geographical Indications. Because of its unique geographical conditions, Yuyao, Zhejiang, has become the “leading person” in the cultivation of bayberry. It is known as the “Hometown of Bayberry in China” and enjoys the reputation of “Yuyao Bayberry crowning the world”.
Every year from mid-to-late May to mid-to-early June is the hottest time of the Yuyao Yangmei Festival. Tourists from all over the country will come to participate in the activities and experience the fun. We who are in the local area also come to join in the fun and relax.
