CSJ-MR Shines at the 2024 ISMRM International Exhibition

4

The International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM), founded in 1994, is the world’s largest and most renowned organization representing the future of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technology. It is also one of the most influential societies in the field of radiological imaging. The society’s annual conference covers research in MRI technology across imaging medicine, physics, and biomedical engineering, drawing thousands of MRI experts and scholars from around the world to exchange knowledge.

The 32nd ISMRM Annual Meeting & Exhibition (ISMRM/SMRT) was held from May 4-9, 2024, in Singapore, bringing together nearly 6,000 professionals to discuss cutting-edge developments in MRI technology and explore future applications.

Ningbo ChuanShanJia Electromechanical Co., Ltd. (CSJ-MR), a leading MRI manufacturer with nearly 30 years of experience, proudly participated in this prestigious event. With over 20 patents for key MRI technologies, CSJ-MR is at the forefront of innovation in magnetic resonance imaging. Our product range includes:

  •   Medical MRI system components
  •   Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) systems
  •   Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) systems
  •   Veterinary MRI systems
  •   Ultra-low-field point-of-care (POC) MRI systems
  •   Mobile MRI systems
  •   Interventional MRI systems
  •   Active shielding solutions for MRI site interference

Our presence at ISMRM 2024 was a remarkable success.

One of the most exciting topics at ISMRM 2024 was the research and development of AI-powered ultra-low-field MRI systems, which captured the attention of MRI professionals worldwide. These systems offer numerous advantages, including:

  •   Compact size
  •   Cost-effectiveness
  •   No refrigerants required
  •   Portability

Unlike traditional high-field MRI systems, ultra-low-field MRI avoids challenges such as high SAR, high dB/dT, multiple contraindications, and high noise levels. The unique relaxation properties under low magnetic fields are particularly beneficial for diagnosing acute hemorrhages, making it highly effective in stroke centers and ICUs.

The University of Hong Kong’s ultra-low-field whole-body MRI system research was published in Science, receiving enthusiastic applause from attendees.

Since 2015, CSJ-MR has been a leader in the development of ultra-low-field MRI technology. We have successfully introduced:

  •   50mT, 68mT, 80mT, and 110mT ultra-low-field MRI systems
  •   9mT, 21mT, and 43mT EPR systems

These innovations underscore our leadership in ultra-low-field MRI technology and provide the medical imaging industry with groundbreaking solutions.
