There are many pet species, and the differences in body shape are very obvious. For example, large dogs may weigh more than 50 kg, but small dogs or most cats are only about 1 kg lighter. Magnetic resonance imaging has its own characteristics. The uniformity of the magnet is more uniform within a certain range of the center of the magnet, as are the uniformity of radio frequency and linear gradient. Only when the inspection site is placed near the center of the system can the imaging quality be better. Such a big difference in pet body shape requires quick and convenient placement in the center of the magnetic field, which puts forward new requirements for the design of the examination bed.
The magnetic resonance examination bed is a special diagnostic table for magnetic resonance. It occupies a small space and can be used in small equipment rooms and a series of special venues including vehicle-mounted magnetic resonance systems, portable magnetic resonance systems, and pet magnetic resonance systems.
